There’s nothing like a cookie—the childhood afternoon snack we grew up with after marching back up from the river—to put a smile on your face.  A cookie is a perfect little package of textural contrasts: lightly sweet, a little crispy, possibly a little crunchy, maybe chocolatey or caramely too, and fantastically chewy.  We offer a long list of cookies you may remember fondly from your own childhood and not see too often, like our “After School Snickerdoodles,” as well as mainstays of the grocery store, entirely elevated with pastry technique, and carefully sourced ingredients like artisanal dark chocolate.
