Everything made from scratch; from the best tried-and-true ingredients we’ve found over many years and countless batches. From organic, family-run small farm Janie’s Mill and their cold milled heritage wheat, we make our signature country white sourdough and pain au levain. With organic local fruits and butter we love preparing our tarts, pies, muffins and tender, delicate scones.
